Associate Manager - Plantation

Actively marketing of irrigation projects for plantations and other types of projects.Drive sales of irrigation systems and solutions to plantation businesses, focusing on large-scale agricultural operations such as tea, coffee, and other plantation crops.Developing new customers and new scope of business to drive growth.Enquiry generation, identify opportunities to expand service offerings in various market segments.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, including plantation owners, estate managers, and agricultural professionals.Visiting customers and estates frequently for generating enquiries and survey of site.Conduct regular site visits to understand client requirements, assess needs, and present customized irrigation solutions.Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with internal teams and contractors, and managing customer expectations effectivelyOversee the invoicing, billing, and collection processes, ensuring that financial goals are met.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for billing, revenue generation, and collections.

Prerequisites: B.Tech/Mechanical Engineering & similar/ Diploma Eng Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in plantation business Knowledge of irrigation equipment & products Market exposure of North Bengal, Assam. Strong ability to build relationships and respond to customer needs Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
