Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to management.
3. Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
4. Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax returns, including GST and TDS, and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
5. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
7. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
8. Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
9. Stay updated with changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
10. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate audits and resolve any financial issues.

Requirements:

1. CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on Export Accounting, Tax returns, Financial Reporting & Forecasting, Accounting, GST, and TDS.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
4. Proficiency in using financial software and tools, including ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
7. Strong leadership and team management skills.
8. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
