Manager - Finance & Accounts

Job description

• A Finance & Accounts professional is responsible for managing the financial operations of a company
• Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other financial statements
• Preparing and analysing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Managing the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure that the company's financial goals are met
• Developing financial policies and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all relevant regulations and accounting standards
• Managing the company's tax and audit functions, including preparation of tax returns including GST, TDS, and income tax filings and coordination of external audits
• Developing financial models and conducting analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Managing the company's cash flow and liquidity, including forecasting and managing working capital requirements
• A successful Finance & Accounts professional should have strong financial and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with exposure in IFRS reporting, have additional advantage

Required education, experience & skills

• B.Com graduated. Preferring MBA in Finance or M.Com
• Proven expertise with Tally, ERP and other accounting software.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with a proven track record in managing multi-location financial operations.
• Expertise in Financial Analysis & Planning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Statutory Compliances, Returns, Assessments, Appeals.
• Strong background in Internal Audit & Control, Budgetary & Cost Control, and Treasury.
