Assistant Manager Finance

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Finance Manager in managing export-import bank related activities, and coordination with banks and financial institutions.
2. Handle export accounting activities, including maintaining records, preparing invoices, and ensuring accurate recording of export transactions.
3. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
4. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
5. Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
6. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial goals.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any financial issues that may arise.
8. Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

1. CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of export-import bank related activities, and coordination with financial institutions.
4. Proficient in export accounting practices and procedures.
5. Sound understanding of tax laws and regulations, with experience in preparing and filing tax returns.
6. Ability to prepare accurate and comprehensive financial statements.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
