Responsible for meticulously reviewing Letters of Credit (LC) and LC drafts received from the Sales team, identifying discrepancies, and suggesting necessary changes to streamline the LC discounting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Spearhead the collection of essential documents under Letters of Credit (LC) from the Sales team, meticulously prepare the Covering Letter and Bill of Exchange (BOE), and diligently submit the documentation to the bank for LC discounting. Additionally, proactively follow up with the bank to ensure the timely release of funds.

Responsible for liaising with the bank to gather information on available pre-acceptance limits and strategically planning the submission of LC discounting documents to optimize the utilization of limits, ensuring efficient and timely processing.

Drive the LC acceptance process by proactively communicating the list of pending acceptances with the sales team, ensuring timely submission of required documents like Bill of Exchange and facilitating seamless acceptance.

Take charge of preparing comprehensive trackers for significant or continuous Letters of Credit (LC) orders, capturing crucial details such as LC values received, completed discounting transactions, and pending discounting activities. This ensures accurate monitoring and efficient management of the overall LC order lifecycle.

Assume responsibility for compiling customer-specific data on discounted Letters of Credit (LCs), cross-referencing discounting charges with confirmed LC pricing to banks.

Take charge of promptly sharing LC discounting receipts data with the Accounts team, ensuring timely closure of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) by actively follow up with banks to obtain pending debit advices.
