Asst Manager-TA

Role & responsibilities

• Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition
• Liaise with functional leads to identify short-term and long-term hiring needs.
• Responsible to build the right sourcing mix to keep quality hiring at optimum cost. Emphasis on employee referrals, Job Portals, and other economical recruitment tools for speedy hiring with quality, at a low cost.
• Do regular meetings, follow-up reviews, and weekly report sharing to confirm the progress of staffing-related requirements with Business leads.
• MIS & Business Reviews
• Prepare attrition analysis and report and monitor action plan for better retention

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing or renewable energy sectors.
