Assistant Manger - Cell Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

1. Have experience in effectively leading and directing maintenance team.

2. Having +3years of experience as a senior engineer in the maintenance department

3. Having experience in Staubli or ABB robotics and PLCs will be highly preferable.

4. Ability to maintain electrical automation (e.g., AC and DC Drives, VFD, PLC, Stepper, Servo, Induction Motor, solenoid valve, all types of Sensors, Pumps, and conveyors)

5. Good knowledge of TPM, ISO/OHSAS, Kaizen, 5S documentation, and MTTR/ MTBF.

6. Work exp in Plant maintenance and troubleshooting.

7. Have experience in managing corrective, predictive, breakdown, and preventative maintenance processes.

8. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have experience in Solar industry
