Job Description.
About The Role.
Manage the Recruitment and Selection process and create relevant databases.
Conducting employee on-boarding.
Oversee Payroll processing and manage employee expenses.
Develop and maintain Human Resource Information System.
Organizing and Executing Employee Engagement Activities.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related issues such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Compliance with Statutory related to Employees and in compliance with Labour Laws.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the timely execution of projects.
Serve as a liaison with stakeholders to ensure that they are fully supported.
Documentation and file management.
Report preparation.
Admin & facility management.
Please Note: This is an individual contribution role.
What Youll Need.
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal).
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Must have payroll handling experience.
knowledge of HR Principles, Policies and Procedures.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
People oriented and result driven.
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
Must be result driven and dynamic in nature.
