Architect and Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Designer/Visualizer to join our dynamic architectural team specializing in commercial spaces, office spaces, real estate layouts, interiors etc., As a 3D Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our design concepts to life, through high-quality visual representations. You will collaborate closely with our management to design architectural plans and produce realistic and engaging 3D renderings, animations that effectively communicate design intent to contractors and stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare floor plans, Elevation/ exterior and interior designing and detailed drawings for commercial spaces, office spaces, real estate layouts, interiors etc.,
• Working closely with senior architecture to plan and visualise the required drawings of commercial spaces, office spaces, real estate layouts, interiors etc.,
• Presenting and explaining visuals to contractors/ stakeholders.
• Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible
• Creating highly detailed and realistic 3D visualisations and animations/CGI (computer-generated imagery)
• Working with industry-standard design tools and programmes
• Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances
• Supporting contractor/ inhouse teams with the designs prepared for site works co-ordination.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/B.E.Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCADD, Lumion, Google SketchUp software is a must.
• Knowledge of Revit/ Enscape.
• The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings,

models and concepts
