Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting techniques.
Screening Resumes: Review and shortlist applications based on job requirements and qualifications.
Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Job Postings: Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract a diverse talent pool.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Negotiating Offers: Facilitate discussions between clients and candidates to negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms.
Maintaining Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Employer Branding: Promote the organizations brand to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
The incumbent will lead compliance management at the group level, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
This role requires a proactive approach to managing legal compliance across various domains, including labor laws, factory laws, and other statutory regulations, while ensuring a culture of ethical practices within the organization.
Compliance Management: Oversee and ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements, including labor laws, factory laws, and corporate governance.
Policy Development: Develop and implement compliance policies, frameworks, and guidelines aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
Audit & Monitoring: Conduct periodic audits and reviews to assess compliance risks, identify gaps, and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and legal consultants.
Represent the organization during audits, inspections, and legal proceedings.
The incumbent should strive to automate all the processes.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum of 5 years experience with Excel and Word.
Must have experience in payroll software.
Must be proficient in English language.
Minimum of 5 years experience in preparation of PF, ESI and Salary statements
Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing industry especially textile
Ability to prioritize work on multiple assignments & manage ambiguity.
Strong verbal & communication skills.
Clarity of thoughts and assertive.
Good presentation skills and ability to respond promptly.
Should be a team player with a proactive & result oriented approach.
Ability to meet deadlines.
