Business Development Associate (Fresher)

We are seeking passionate and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Business Development Associates. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about education, eager to help others succeed, and ready to kickstart their career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential students and clients through various channels.
• Present and promote Pregrads courses and mentorship programs to prospective students.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, helping them understand the value of our offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales conversion.
• Assist in the planning and execution of webinars, workshops, and other promotional events.
• Collect feedback from students and prospects to enhance our courses and mentorship programs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI

Who We Are Looking For:

• Fresh graduates with a passion for education and a desire to make a difference.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of business development and sales principles is a plus.
