We're Currently hiring for two designations ie,


  • Business Development Associate - 15 Vacancies
  • Marketing Executive - 10 Vacancies

Location: G Block, Sector 6, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301


Business Development Associate Role:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Student Counselling/Sales Calls: Engage with prospective students, understand their background and career aspirations, and pitch Pregrad courses.
  • Enrollment Assistance: Guide students through the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration. Follow up with potential leads.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain records of interactions, counseling outcomes, and conversion rates. Provide periodic reports on enrollments.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain daily pipeline with self-generated leads, referrals, and follow-ups to achieve conversion goals.
  • Sales Conversion: Negotiate WIN-WIN deals and manage profitability index as per guidelines.
  • Student Coordination: Be the interface between students and the operations team throughout the course completion.

Skills Required:


  • Fluency in English
  • Persuasion and rapport-building skills
  • Telephone etiquette and selling skills
  • Negotiation, listening, and questioning skills

Knowledge Required:


  • Google Sheets/Excel
  • Understanding of industry trends and products/services
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies

Marketing Executive Role:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Sourcing and Management: Source accurate contact details of students and decision-makers via online platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, Google Search, etc. Maintain internal database.
  • Recruitment/Collaboration Calls: Recruit and train students as community ambassadors, collaborate with college clubs and communities to generate leads.
  • Online/Offline Community Setup: Build and manage online communities, generate leads, and promote Pregrad.
  • Community Ambassador Coordination: Serve as the interface between ambassadors/coordinators and the organization.

Skills Required:


  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Rapport-building, problem-solving, and critical thinking
  • Negotiation, time management, and adaptability

Knowledge Required:


  • Google Sheets/Google Slides
  • Marketing and branding knowledge
  • Research and data sourcing
  • Familiarity with IT/Tech is a plus
