Job Summary:
The Delivery Head is responsible for leading the Awign Staffing division and managing the end-to-end recruitment delivery process, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded, and leading a team of recruiters and account managers. This role requires a strategic mindset to drive operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and profitability within the staffing division. The Delivery Head works closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality staffing solutions across various industries and roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and implement delivery strategies that align with company goals and client expectations.
- Forecast recruitment needs based on client pipelines and manage resources accordingly.
- Monitor market trends to adapt delivery processes, ensuring competitiveness and relevance.
2. Team Management & Development
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, delivery managers, and account managers.
- Set and review KPIs for the team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and service reviews.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, address challenges, and identify future needs.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality candidates within agreed timelines.
4. Delivery Operations
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
- Establish and maintain efficient processes for candidate management, interview coordination, and feedback.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and client requirements for every placement.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report delivery metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and retention rates.
- Analyze delivery data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on delivery performance and client satisfaction.
6. Process Optimization
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance candidate quality.
- Work with technology and operations teams to implement recruitment tools and automation solutions.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards in staffing.
7. Financial Accountability
- Manage budgets and P & L for the delivery team, optimizing resources to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate with finance and sales to maximize profitability on each account.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services within existing accounts.
Qualifications and Skills
- 10 to 15 years of experience in IT staffing with a proven track record in a leadership role. 5 years of minimum experience in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of the IT staffing industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.
- Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
- Strong client management skills, with experience handling complex accounts and escalations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
- Process improvement/continuous improvement or project management skills
- Ability to work in complex environments and deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and challenges
- Should have commercial acumen and client focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Knowledge of compliance and legal aspects related to staffing and recruitment.
- Proven project management skills with a focus on process improvement.
