Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Understand and interpret customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.

Sales and Business Development:

- Identify potential clients and maximize their business potential in designated regions.

- Meet and exceed regular sales targets through proactive engagement and project coordination.

Technical and Engineering Support:

- Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and demonstrations.

- Answer technical queries and offer cost-effective solutions to enhance client operations.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

- Persuade clients by showcasing product benefits and operational improvements.

- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively.

Market Engagement:

- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote company products.

- Stay updated on industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare detailed sales reports and summaries, analyzing trends to recommend strategic actions.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).

- 3-5 years of experience in sales within the manufacturing industry.

- Knowledge of CNC machinery is a strong advantage.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients.
