Roles and Responsibilities

• Review, update and maintain Quality Management System procedures
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS requirements and handle external audits
• Follow up customer complaints by communicating with internal teams for containment actions, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions
• Oversee in-process and outgoing quality inspections and work with internal team teams to resolve quality issues in daily manufacturing process.
• Review with suppliers quality performance and drive for continuous improvement.
• Responsible to maintain quality of parts being supplied to customers
• Responsible for rejection and defect management (both in-house & at customer end)
• Preparation of inspection reports of parts for dimension and performance
• Attend and close technical specification meetings with customers
• Defect analysis and counteraction implementation
• Reporting to Quality Control Head
