Ctrl. Room Coordinator - Stitch MES implementation and sustenance

Job Purpose:
To ensure the smooth operation of the Stitch MES software implemented in 22 production lines, facilitate data analysis and reporting, and drive continuous improvements in quality and production. The Control Room Coordinator will act as a key liaison between the shop floor team, management, and the Stitch MES development team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure the Stitch MES system operates smoothly across all 22 production lines.
• Prepare detailed reports based on data from Stitch MES, analyze trends, and present insights in the required format.
• Conduct all necessary backend preparations to maintain system functionality and efficiency.
• Oversee and coordinate new Stitch MES implementations, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Collaborate with the STITCH team to provide feedback, request new developments, and participate in review meetings.
• Address and resolve daily system-related challenges on the shop floor.
• Deliver training sessions to shop floor personnel and management stakeholders regarding the system's functionality and usage.
• Manage and maintain all hardware associated with the Stitch MES implementation.
• Lead daily control room meetings to discuss and resolve operational challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in both production quality and efficiency.
  Monitor style changeovers and ensure plans align with actuals.
• Verify the accuracy of the Operation Bulletin (OB) and its system updates.
• Ensure daily manpower data is uploaded accurately and identify deviations between planned vs. actual workforce allocation.
• Review operation-wise capacity challenges and support line IEs in resolving them.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in English communication.
• Understanding of basic processes in the garment industry.
• Skilled in computer operations, particularly Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Experience Required:

0 to 2 years

Qualification Required:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Fashion Technology, Textile Technology or any apparel related field.
