Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Marketing Specialist/Manager with expertise in traditional marketing strategies tailored for the NBFC industry. This role will focus on driving business growth through cold calling, custom outreach, and developing strong relationships with channel partners. The ideal candidate will excel at planning and executing offline campaigns, managing events and conferences, and aligning strategies to achieve B2B sales goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. B2B Marketing Strategy: o Develop and implement conventional marketing strategies specific to the NBFC sector. o Conduct market research to identify key target businesses, including SMEs, corporates, and distribution networks. o Design customized outreach initiatives to promote NBFC financial products, including loans, leasing, and credit solutions. 2. Cold Calling and Custom Outreach: o Initiate cold-calling campaigns to engage with potential business clients, distributors, and financial partners. o Craft tailored outreach plans to connect with decision-makers in targeted industries. 3. Channel Partner Development: o Identify and establish relationships with channel partners, such as financial advisors, brokers, and wealth managers. o Collaborate with partners to co-create marketing programs that drive product adoption and revenue growth. 4. Event and Conference Management: o Organize NBFC-focused events, such as industry seminars, trade shows, and networking conferences, to showcase offerings. o Represent the company at financial industry events to foster partnerships and build brand credibility. o Coordinate event logistics, branding, and lead generation efforts to maximize ROI. 5. Campaign Management: o Execute offline campaigns, including print advertising, direct mailers, and sponsorships, to enhance visibility in the NBFC space. o Ensure all marketing materials effectively communicate the benefits of NBFC services and align with compliance standards. 6. Sales Enablement and Collaboration: o Work closely with the NBFC sales team to identify and convert high-value leads through offline marketing efforts. o Align marketing initiatives with sales goals, ensuring a seamless customer acquisition process. 7. Performance Analysis: o Track and analyze campaign success using metrics such as lead conversion rates, event attendance, and channel partner engagement. o Present performance reports with insights and recommendations for improving marketing outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Experience: o 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing within the financial services or NBFC sector. o Proven expertise in cold calling, event management, and developing channel partnerships. Skills: o Strong understanding of NBFC products and services, including loans, asset financing, and leasing. o Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; knowledge of financial software is an advantage.
