Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting and Financial Management:
o Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
o Handle accounting processes, including Billing, Accounting Entries, accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
o Prepare and present financial statements and management reports.
o Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
2. Loan Operations Management:
o Oversee the end-to-end loan process, including initiation, disbursement, monitoring, and repayment.
o Conduct due diligence and documentation for loan applicants.
o Track repayments and ensure timely follow-ups for overdue accounts.
o Maintain updated records of all lending activities and customer portfolios.
3. Compliance and Reporting:
o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
o Prepare and file reports related to GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
o Support audit processes and coordinate with auditors.
4. Risk and Credit Analysis:
o Evaluate creditworthiness and analyze financial data of potential borrowers.
o Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks in lending processes.
5. Administrative and Operational Support:
o Assist in general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency.
o Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Experience:
o Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting or financial operations, preferably in a lending or financial services environment.
o Hands-on experience in loan processing and compliance management is a plus.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in accounting software like Tally Prime and MS Excel.
o Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
o Familiarity with credit analysis and risk management techniques.
Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
