Key Responsibilities: 1. Loan Operations Management: o Coordinate, supervise, and manage the entire loan transaction process, from initiation to repayment. o Ensure the seamless execution of operational tasks related to loan initiation, disbursement, documentation, and repayment. 2. Team Leadership: o Train, guide, and mentor team members to improve their performance and operational efficiency. o Monitor team workflows and ensure adherence to company standards and timelines. 3. Customer Coordination: o Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding operational issues. o Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns related to loan processing. 4. Reporting and Communication: o Prepare and present detailed operational reports to the Directors. o Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction workflows. 5. Compliance and Documentation: o Oversee accurate documentation for all loan-related processes. o Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements during the loan lifecycle.

Process Improvement: o Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. ________________________________________ Requirements: Education: Graduate with strong academic credentials. Experience: o Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in financial services or loan management.
