Assistant Manager - Marketing

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Marketing team
• The Assistant Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage marketing campaigns and initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote brand visibility, product/service awareness, and customer acquisition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth
• Assist in developing marketing plans, including defining target audiences, positioning, and messaging
• Create engaging and compelling marketing content, such as website copy, blog articles, social media posts, and email newsletters
• Manage the company's online presence, including website content updates, social media accounts, and online advertising campaigns
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
• Collaborate with creative agencies, freelancers, and vendors to produce marketing collateral and materials
• Coordinate and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and conferences
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
• Stay updated on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
• Assist in managing and mentoring junior marketing team members
