Proposal Engineer:-

Job Description:-

1. Preparation of BOQ and BOM

2. Conversion of BOQ to Design

3. Review project requirements and specifications, ensuring all details are understood.

4. Develop cost estimates, pricing strategies, and project timelines in collaboration with relevant departments.

5. Ensure that all proposal documents are accurate, aligned with project scope, and reflect the companys capabilities and strengths.

6. Drawing coordination

7. Vendor and key customer coordination

8. Attend pre-bid meetings

9. Get clarity from customer about their expectations

10. Project Scheduling

11. Project tracking and monitoring

12. Coordination with Project Managers, Engineers and internal team members

13. Hand over document preparation

14. Other responsibilities which are suitable for the post

Skills Required:-

1. BE/ Diploma- Electrical

2. Good communication skill

3. 0-10 years of experience
