Job Overview: The Supply Chain Executive will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement, logistics, and delivery of materials and finished products. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in billing using Tally ERP 9. This role requires effective coordination with vendors, transporters, and cross-functional teams to maintain smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation & Record Keeping:
• Utilize Tally ERP 9 for billing, invoicing, and tracking financial transactions.
• Prepare and send necessary documentation (e.g., invoices, purchase orders) to customers and vendors.
• Purchasing & Vendor Coordination:
• Create and manage Purchase Orders and Proforma Invoices.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the timely procurement of materials.
• Negotiate terms and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Logistics Management:
• Collaborate with transporters to arrange timely deliveries and ensure efficient logistics operations.
• Monitor and manage transportation schedules to align with production requirements.
• Follow-Up & Customer Communication:
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure alignment and avoid delays.
• Write professional emails and communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, B.Tech, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 for billing and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
