Requirements :

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

- Proven experience managing website development projects from concept to completion.

- Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS (WordPress, Joomla, etc.) and frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)

Skills :

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Expertise in project management and agile methodologies.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project).

- Experience with SEO principles and techniques.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.

Certifications :

- PMP (Project Management Professional), Scrum Master, or similar certifications (preferred).
