Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced WordPress Designer & Plugin Customization Specialist with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in WordPress theme design, plugin development, and customization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical expertise and a strong creative flair to deliver visually appealing, responsive, and functional WordPress websites that meet business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities :

WordPress Design & Development :

- Design and customize WordPress themes to meet UI/UX requirements.

- Develop fully responsive and SEO-friendly WordPress websites.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve website performance.

Plugin Customization & Development :

- Install, customize, and extend third-party WordPress plugins.

- Develop custom plugins to enhance website functionality.

- Debug and resolve plugin conflicts and errors.

UI/UX Optimization :

- Design visually engaging website layouts and interfaces.

- Ensure consistent design language and user-friendly navigation.

- Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

Technical Maintenance :

- Manage WordPress updates, backups, and security patches.

- Troubleshoot and fix WordPress-related technical issues.

- Optimize website speed, caching, and server performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- 5-8 years of proven experience in WordPress design, theme customization, and plugin development.

- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.

- Proficiency in customizing WordPress themes (child themes) and working with page builders (e., Elementor, Divi, WPBakery).

- Experience developing and customizing plugins to meet unique requirements.

- Understanding of REST APIs and integrating third-party tools.

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, website performance optimization, and security best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

- Ability to deliver projects on time with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with WooCommerce setup and customization.

- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js.

- Knowledge of headless WordPress or modern front-end workflows.

- Exposure to website hosting environments (cPanel, cloud hosting, etc.
