Job description

• Preparing& analysis Plant wise, Segment wise, state wise and Brand wise Profit and loss account.
• Preparing budgeting & analysis variance monthly
• Preparing and analysis all type of report of sale, production, consumption, Physical verification & primary & secondary scheme report of sales.
• Preparing Plant wise MRM Presentation.
• Preparation of Provisional Balance Sheet.
• Working with SAP Hana ERP, Advance excels, MS Access, power BI & power point
• General ledger maintenance.
• Historical Data Management.
• Store &Retrieve history data in MS access database
• Analyze present data with historical data as per requirement.
• Monthly analysis direct & indirect expenses.
• Preparation different type of MIS reporting for internal as well as external proposes through using advance excel like vlookup , power Pivot table, Data Validation,sumifs, Index, Match, chats & Macros.
• Coordinate the preparation of Financial Statements, Financial Reports for internal usage
