Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Content Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing content strategies that enhance user experience across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure that our content is user-centered, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development: Design and implement content strategies that improve user engagement and satisfaction.

User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Content Creation: Develop clear, concise, and compelling content for websites, applications, and other digital platforms.

Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to create a seamless user experience that integrates content effectively.

SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and searchability.

Content Management: Oversee content updates and ensure consistency across all platforms.

Analytics and Reporting: Analyze user data and feedback to continually improve content strategies and user experience.

Stakeholder Communication: Present content strategies and findings to stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, UX Design, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or a similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in content strategy and user experience.

Proficiency in UX design principles and methodologies.

Familiarity with analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, Hotjar) and content management systems (CMS).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e. g. , Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).

Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
