Job Description
Cloud Strategy & Architecture:
- Develop and implement the organization s cloud strategy.
- Design scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures tailored to meet business needs.
- Define best practices for cloud computing, including architecture, deployment, and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud solutions with business objectives.
Solution Design & Implementation:
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Oversee the integration of cloud infrastructure with existing on-premises systems.
- Ensure the optimization of cloud resources, cost management, and performance tuning.
- Provide technical guidance during all phases of cloud implementation.
Security & Compliance:
- Ensure that cloud solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and practices.
- Implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions within cloud environments.
- Perform regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends.
- Evaluate and recommend new cloud tools and services to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems and transition them to the cloud.
- Promote automation in cloud operations to drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with DevOps, security, and development teams to ensure smooth cloud operations.
- Engage with vendors and partners to assess new technologies and service offerings.
- Present cloud architecture and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach junior team members on cloud technologies and best practices.
