National Channel Partner Head

ROLE:

• P&L role for developing a pan India channel network
• Drives strategy, growth, and performance of the channel partner network
• Oversees relationships with key partners and develops go-to-market strategies
• Plays a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and training of partners
  

CANDIDATE:

• Engineer(Chemical/Mechanical) with MBA
• Proven track record in managing national or large-scale channel partner networks
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, distribution channels, and partner ecosystems
• Prior experience in Water or Heavy Engineering or EPC industry is big plus
