Job Description
- Structural FEA of electro-mechanical products components
1 to 3 years hands-on experience with Structural FEA - Conduct advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations on mechanical, structural, thermal, and multi-physics components.
- Perform static, dynamic, linear and nonlinear, thermal, and fatigue analysis to evaluate the performance of products under various load conditions.
- Utilize tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar software for detailed simulations and optimizations.
- Lead the process of mesh generation, model setup, boundary conditions definition, and result interpretation.
- Collaborate with design engineers to develop optimized designs and verify their performance using FEA.
- Suggest design modifications or improvements based on FEA results to meet cost, weight, and performance objectives.
- Drive design validation through simulations and provide recommendations for design iterations.
