- Develop and maintain reusable components, templates, and digital assets in
- AEM Franklin can be utilized across multiple brands, ensuring consistency
- and flexibility.
- Standardize features and functionality across various brands, while
- accommodating different aesthetic requirements.
- Integrate third-party APIs and web services into AEM Franklin-driven sites to
- enhance functionality.
- Collaborate with architects and technical leads to design and implement content
- structures, templates, and workflows that promote reusability and scalability.
- Ensure the AEM Franklin platform is secure, performant, and scalable
- across multiple brand sites.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in component development, ensuring
- that the components can be easily adapted and customized by AEM site
- administrators.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to
- non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work
- environment.

- Technical Skills
- Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), focusing on AEM Franklin.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
- and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
- Experience in developing reusable components that can be adapted across
- different brands with varying aesthetics.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices related to building, testing, and deploying
- front-end assets within AEM Franklin, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and integration of external services
- into AEM Franklin
