Techno-Functional Consultant - SAP Marketing Cloud (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Marketing Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical design, implementation, and support of SAP Marketing Cloud solutions.

You will work closely with business users and IT teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing maintenance of these solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Design and Implementation :

- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for SAP Marketing Cloud projects.

- Configure and customize SAP Marketing Cloud to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop and maintain integrations between SAP Marketing Cloud and other SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Implement data models, custom fields, and custom logic using Business Application Studio.

- Configure and extend Rule-Based Scores and other scoring mechanisms.

- Develop and maintain interfaces for data import and export.

- Configure and manage communication channels (e.g , email, SMS) and external service providers.

Technical Support :

- Provide technical support for SAP Marketing Cloud users.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Marketing Cloud.

- Perform system maintenance and upgrades.

- Monitor system performance and identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Technical Documentation :

- Create and maintain technical documentation for SAP Marketing Cloud solutions.

- Document system configurations and customizations.

- Develop and maintain technical training materials.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

- Participate in design workshops and code reviews.

- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills :

- Strong technical expertise in SAP Marketing Cloud: Deep understanding of all aspects of SAP Marketing Cloud, including data modeling, integrations, customizations, and performance tuning.

Technical Skills :

- Strong ABAP or Java development skills.

- Experience with web services (REST, SOAP).

- Experience with SQL and database concepts.

- Experience with scripting languages (e.g , Python, JavaScript).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g , Git).

Technical Support Skills :

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.

- Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Communication and Collaboration :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g , AWS, Azure).

- Experience with other SAP modules (e.g , CRM, ERP).

- Relevant certifications in SAP Marketing Cloud
