Roles & responsibilities:
- Owning and leading end to end city business and P&L for Practos Marketplace business.
- Defining the strategy and executing it on the ground for One of our High potential & Core focus markets.
- Handling P&L and ensuring significant growth of the city. Revenue growth and management with month on month growth as per business projections
- Leading a team of smart and passionate people towards building Practos business for the city
- Sustaining and growing revenue by new customer acquisitions and retention
- Working closely with the central team and solving for long and short term issues with
sustainable solutions
- Building Sales teams, formulating targets, priorities, incentive plans, driving recruitment, training and mentoring team members and building best practices replicable across each Cluster and Micro Markets.
- Liaison with stockholders like- Product, Marketing, HR and finance to execute regular operations
- Self-starter and high adaptability to the fast-paced growth environment
- Owner & champion of the Customer experience across all SMB, MM and KA Clientele.
Requirements :
- Overall Exp of 10 - 14 Years in Sales with 5+ Years of Exposure in team Management and 3+ Years in PnL Management
- Managing a portfolio of 750+ Crs of GMV on an annual basis
- Demonstrated ability to relentlessly execute and problem solving in previous roles
- Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities and decision making skills is a must
- Ability to lead from the front and ready to get his / her hands dirty by getting directly involved in day to day execution.
- An energetic leader who is willing to work under a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
- More like a start-up and willing to take multiple responsibilities if required
- An undergraduate and/or graduate degree from a top-tier Institute, ideally an MBA.
- Owned revenue and/or BD goals in prior roles, and have a track record of meeting or exceeding these goals, Amazing partner management, business communication, and relationship building skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills and detail orientation
- Passion for our mission - a prerequisite - Healthcare experience is a plus
