1. Practice Management:
- Lead and manage the SAP practice, ensuring effective delivery of SAP solutions to clients.
- Manage the SAP practice P&L, including forecasting, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Project Delivery:
- Oversee the delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project performance, provide guidance, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the highest quality of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Business Development:
- Drive business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and securing new projects.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, proposals, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP consultants, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Implement learning and development pathways to boost associates' strengths and ensure continuous professional growth.
Client Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic SAP solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Service Delivery Improvement:
- Define and implement service delivery improvement plans focused on improving the quality of services.
- Continuously monitor project performance with qualitative and quantitative measures.
- Guide and train project team to minimize delivery risks.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering complex SAP projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, ECC.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SCM experience
