Job Description
- Collaborate with departments to facilitate procurement, ensuring timely purchases to meet team requirements.
- Develop and maintain inventory management systems, tracking resources, supplies, and human resource allocation.
- Oversee packaging and transportation logistics for client deliveries and pilot projects, ensuring timely and secure delivery of goods.
- Manage documentation related to client deliveries and pilot projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct cost analysis and generate expense reports using Advanced Excel and expense sheets.
- Utilize data reports to identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance performance.
- Assist in scale-up, planning,
- Work closely with the CEOs office to manage expenses related to staffing, supplies, and services across multiple offices.
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Contribute to the implementation of new strategic initiatives and provide innovative ideas to improve departmental workflows.
- Foster communication across teams to secure resources and optimize operational efficiency.
- Oversee facility maintenance to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
- Assist the hiring team in the onboarding process for new candidates, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
- Support the accounting team in processing reimbursements, daily expenses, and transactions, maintaining accurate records.
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management and logistics.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, expense sheets, and accounting principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Familiarity with packaging, transportation logistics, and city topography.
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills for budget management and process optimization.
