Position : Business Development Manager

Education : Any Bachelors degree
Experience : 36 years in business development, sales, or marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar industry.
• Create and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and untapped markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, corporate clients, and channel partners.
• Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and close high-value deals.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with customers.
• Collaborate with the technical and project execution teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Support in the preparation of proposals, tenders, and RFQs to secure business.
• Address customer concerns during the project lifecycle.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the management.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the leadership team.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences to promote the brand.
• Work with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns to generate leads.
