Role & responsibilities

1. Candidate must be from Mechanical Manufacturing Industry
2. Supervise HR programs and campaigns
3. Manage the labor issues like code of conduct, ethics, employee retention, and policy adherence
4. Update the database to strengthen the organizations base through authentic records
5. Develops initiatives like culture familiarity, succession planning, diversity, and inclusion
6. Research and develop strategies that work best to attract and retain knowledgeable and skillful candidates
7. Help in establishing a better work environment by preventing litigation and inquiring about various discrimination and harassment cases between employees
8. Contributes to establishing workspace safety by conducting time to time inspections to ensure whether the safety policies are being followed or not
9. Monitor the HR department and ongoing HR processes
10. Collaborate effectively with other HR team members and the human resources vice president for a productive outcome and better targeting of organizational goals
