Job Description
- Sales Support:
- -Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals.
- -Provide administrative support, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- -Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Product Flow Management:
- -Monitor product inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure adequate stock.
- -Track product shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
- -Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- -Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, including sales performance, customer activity, and payment collections.
- -Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- -Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with the sales team and management.
- Client Communication:
- -Maintain regular communication with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- -Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- -Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
- -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- -Proven experience in field sales and customer relationship management.
- -2 to 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
- -Strong understanding of the solar industry is preferred.
- -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- -Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- -Strong organizational and time management skills.
- -A valid driver's license and own vehicle.
