Sales Process

• Showroom Manager will be responsible to look after the sale operation in the showroom.
• Showroom Manager is responsible for leading their team in achieving sales target and performance goals.
• Showroom Manager is responsible to maintain good relationship with the customer and create rapport building.
• Ensure that staff adopt and adhere to the company dress code in order to
• promote a positive and professional image at all times.
• Identifies and provides training to develop Sales Trainees / Executives to develop Product Knowledge and Selling Skills.
• Maintain high quality of customer service.
• Handling customer related issues / complaints, etc.
• Approve Customer orders.
• Showroom profitability.

Product and Inventory Management

• Showroom Manager is responsible to take the stock accounting and its responsibility.
• Physical tally of branch stock to be checked on a daily basis and has to be documented for audit purpose.

Reporting & MIS

• Participate in daily sales meetings, product review meeting & complaints review meeting.
• Participate in monthly / quarterly sales Meeting with AVP - Operations to discuss the sales targets, current position & provide performance review for showroom employees.

Other Activities

• Showroom Manager is responsible to manage the counter and the showroom with good ambiance.
• Hold responsibility along with vault person.
• Develops and conducts Performance appraisals of Sales Executives by evaluating the effectiveness of their personal customer service, selling skills, productivity and overall performance.
• In absence of GM, needs to take care of customer delivery and cash counter area.

Also take the complete control of the entire store both front and backend.
