Portfolio Manager - Rural Banking- Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

• Business MIS management , Manpower wise business tracking budget vs achievement
• Cluster wise and region wise business reporting , tracking MIS for budget vs achievement. Maintaining data , records and reports
• Liasioning with other central unit for timely updation of hygiene MIS
• Launching drive and contest from HO and publishing result frequently. Tracking timelines and deliverables and arranging reward and recognition after completion of drive
• Data management of portfolio , Business, and hygiene items etc.
• Liaisoning with product, policy, risk, OSD & collection team for support required at regional level
• Assisting with business planning , ensuring alignment with HO strategies and effectively rolling out to regional level
• Coordinating and scheduling meeting, preparing agendas and materials , facilitating communication amongst department.
• Providing administrative support for regional teams.
• Arranging training for any new initiating run centrally .
• Providing basic technical support
