Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities :

1. The role is responsible for supporting modern business analysis practices. Strong collaborative partnerships across different technology & operations teams
2. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to document system components, interfaces, and data flows
3. Perform analytics on architectural data to provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
4. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
5. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
6. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
7. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
8. Performing user acceptance testing

Preferred candidate profile :

1. Excellent communication, aptitude and analytical skills to provide technical consultancy and presentation to the client
2. Should have experience in designing technical documents for Website Development, Web Portal development, Web Applications, Mobile Apps Development etc.
3. Understand business requirements of the customers and translating them to Technical documents
4. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
5. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
6. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
7. Good to have knowledge of US Healthcare technology domain
8. Candidate must be willing to work in US Shift
