The Sales Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. The role requires an in-depth knowledge of vehicles, the ability to build rapport with customers, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Understand customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealerships inventory, including vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and promotions.

Provide detailed information and demonstrations of vehicles to customers.

Stay informed about competitor products, market trends, and industry developments.

Sales Process:

Assist customers with selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.

Conduct test drives and explain the vehicles features and benefits.

Negotiate sales prices, trade-in values, and financing options with customers.

Prepare and complete all sales paperwork, including purchase agreements and financing applications.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth and timely processing of transactions.

Customer Service:

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Provide information on after-sales services, including maintenance and warranties.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
