Should have worked in the same or similar product or can be from Healthcare Equipment background. W

Should know the customers and the vendors/oems of the area which he is covering and have a good relationship with them

Should be aware of the competitors, their strengths and weakness and ability/vision to create a niche for PFL.

Knowledge Base

Should know the product and its multiple offerings.

Should have basic knowledge of reading financials

Should know the various segments of healthcare ( e.g. Radiology, pathology, ophthalmology) their products and business nuances

Should have knowledge of area in terms of customer behavior, competition offerings, medical hubs and coverage.

Personal Traits

Should work with passion, integrity, and compliance. Integrity and patience are must

Should be relationship oriented and have good relationship with the customers and vendors/oems of the area

Should have inclination towards digital technology and process. Should be willing to use it affectively.

Should be willing to travel extensively to cover the area.
