Sales Executive(Physiotherapy and Medical equipment)

Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation products including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers.
• Develop and execute annual business plans within the assigned geography. Review quarterly key performance metrics with management to set execution goals for geography
• Manage the capital equipment sales process by identifying sales opportunities, following the selling strategies shared by company and presenting to key decision makers to achieve product adoption
• Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective based system training for internal and external customers, channel partners; monitor and report on training outcomes.
• Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment use.
• Monitor customer installations of products within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction, maintain customer relationships and generate new business from them.
• Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.
• Use market and product knowledge in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
• Responsible for creating and maintaining KOL in the regions
• Conduct in-services and meetings by delivering company developed presentations to groups of physicians, hospital administration, clinicians, technicians, and distributor team from time to time for capability enhancement.
• Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate current market intelligence back to the business.
• Act as focal point for modality / team, identify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and addressing it.
• Maintain required well-written pre and post training documentation
• Weekly reporting including activity reports, forecasting and opportunity reporting. Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and plans

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree with 2 plus years of experience in medical devices, applications.
• Incumbent will be responsible Pre and Post sale of the Physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment’s, Will be responsible for clinical activities like sales, workshop, CME, Webinar and hands on training.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 to 3 days a week, within and outside your specified geographic region with overnight stays depending on business need
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
• Work with the minimum of supervision.
• Fluent in English and local languages in your region
• Ability to find and develop opportunities with potential new customers
• Demonstrate success in winning large sales opportunities.
