Product Manager - Tech Enablement

Role Overview:

The Product Manager Tech Enablement will be responsible for driving digital transformation, process automation, and technology integrations to enhance the efficiency of loan origination, underwriting, disbursement, and post-loan servicing. The role will focus on leveraging technology for operational efficiency, customer experience improvement, and risk mitigation, ensuring a seamless digital journey for internal teams and external customers.

Experience: 3-4 years in technology-driven product management, process automation, and digital transformation in a housing finance company, NBFC, or bank.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Research, Trends and Benchmarking
• Identify areas for workflow automation, API integrations, and digital customer journeys to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify gaps in the current system and drive tech-driven process optimization to improve TAT and reduce manual intervention.
• Identify high-impact manual processes and drive their automation through RPA, AI/ML, and workflow digitization.
• Work with tech and business teams to automate customer onboarding, digital KYC, income assessment, and document validation.
• Ensure seamless integration with external APIs (Aadhaar, PAN, Credit Bureau, GST, Banking, etc.) for real-time data fetching and decision-making.
• Own and enhance the EKHUM platform (LCNC) by integrating business-critical modules for loan origination, underwriting, disbursement, and post-loan servicing. Process Automation & System Enhancements
• Lead tech integrations with third-party fintech partners, payment gateways, insurance providers, and e-commerce platforms for product cross-sell and embedded finance opportunities.
• Work closely with IT, cybersecurity, and compliance teams to ensure secure and regulatory-compliant integrations.
• Drive API-based architecture development for real-time loan processing and customer servicing.
• Development of Sales enhancement digital tools.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of digital lending platforms, Outsystem- LCNC solutions, and API integrations.
• Experience in fintech partnerships, process automation, and data analytics.
• Ability to translate business requirements into tech solutions and drive system enhancements.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
