Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of training programs for employees.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and help organize company events or activities.
- Handle employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR-related matters.
- Support performance appraisal and evaluation processes.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Assist in the administration of payroll and benefits as needed.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Participate in HR projects and other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
