Key Responsibilities :

As IT - Data Security and Compliance role for an NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) as per RBI guidelines involves ensuring that the company's IT systems and processes comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Implement IT Compliance : Ensure IT security standards are applied in the software development lifecycle, manage agreements and SLAs with IT partners, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

- Manage IT Governance : Oversee the IT governance framework, ensuring it aligns with corporate governance and supports business strategies and objectives.

- Information and Cyber Security : Develop and implement information security policies, conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and manage cyber incident response and recovery.

- IT Operations Management : Oversee the setup, configuration, and security of both physical and virtual servers, ensuring they are protected with the latest technology and managing all related security services and equipment.

- Business Continuity Planning : Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the company can continue operations in the event of a disruption.

- IT Audit and Assurance : Conduct regular IT audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and provide assurance on the effectiveness of IT controls.

- Third-Party Management : Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring they comply with security and compliance requirements.

- Staff Development : Foster a cohesive team through leadership, training, and development, and drive productivity improvements through proactive management and technology-based analysis.
