Designation - Executive / Sr. Executive -Sales Support

Location - Okhla Phase 3

Working Days - 6 (2 Saturdays are work from home)

Key Responsibilities-

• Work Order Preparation and Billing: Oversee the preparation of work orders and manage the billing process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Sales and Dispatch Coordination: Track pending sales orders and communicate dispatch details to relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Payment Follow-up and Inventory Management: Conduct timely follow-ups on outstanding payments and manage inventory levels to support sales and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise effectively with both internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues as they arise.
• MIS Reporting: Maintain and update MIS on a regular basis to provide accurate data for decision-making.

Experience and Skills -

Minimum 3 years in similar role.

• Analytical skills
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
• Hands -on to SAP
• Expert in excel and MIS management
