Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, conduct feasibility checks, and create project sprints.
• Develop and manage a detailed execution plan to ensure timely project completion within budget and scope.
• Measure project performance, identify areas for improvement, and track KPIs.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and submit them on time.
• Guide the team by providing clear direction, aligning tasks with overall goals, and offering support.
• Resolve any conflicts or bottlenecks to keep the team focused.
• Identify risks and dependencies, apply risk management strategies, and develop contingency plans.
• Track and report on risks, issues, and project health.
• Communicate with clients to address concerns and ensure the product meets their needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals.
• Support testing, mentor the team during test execution, and prioritize defects based on severity and impact.
• Analyze project profitability, create profitability sheets, and define pricing models. Conduct project estimations for medium-complexity projects.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for knowledge management.
• Ensure new team members can easily access and benefit from these resources.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools, including JIRA, MS Excel, and other related software.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage project performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
