Job Description
- Project Estimation, Planning, Monitoring and Status Reporting.
- Actively participate in requirement gathering and requirement analysis process and create business requirement documents to drive clarity.
- Create high-level and low-level technical design documents.
- Manage user stories in Jira and drive priorities for agile execution.
- Conduct agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrum calls, sprint retrospective.
- Prepare user documentation and release notes.
- Validate implementation through spot checks prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate UAT execution and signoff.
- Track the progress of the tasks and overall project health.
- Prepare and present monthly status and manage product roadmap.
- Create plan for scalability and high availability of the IoT products. Create plans to minimize service downtime. Report and react to service outages promptly.
- B. Tech. / Graduate /MCA
- Overall 8+ years of experience with software development and management.
- Prior experience of managing web, mobile, IoT projects.
- Familiarity with the following technologies Angular, Node JS, React JS, React Native, Java.
- Previous experience of working with Relational (MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills via numerous methods (in-person, phone calls, video calls, instant messaging, etc).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
