Project Management / Scrum Master

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Management & Scrum Master at Intellicredence Pvt. Ltd. The role involves tasks like sprint planning, facilitating agile ceremonies, managing user stories, overseeing software development projects, and ensuring effective communication among team members.

Responsibilities:

• Sprint Planning and Agile skills
• Analytical Skills
• Experience in creating User Stories
• Knowledge of Software Development processes
• Certification in Project Management or Scrum Master is a plus ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with test planning, test design, test execution, and defect management
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools
• Experience with cloud platforms and services
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications:

• Should be well versed in all Project Management techniques
• Should have good knowledge of Jira and Big Picture
• Should have previous worked as Scrum Master or Release train engineer in Agile projects
• Should have good Communication and articulation
• Should have good technical background , so that can understands the inputs given by developer and testers
• Should be assertive and has good Soft skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in creating Test Cases and conducting Testing
• 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
